On the afternoon of September 30, the People's Government of Shandong Province held a national day tea party in the Golden Hall of Shandong building to celebrate the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Provincial Party Secretary LI Ganjie, deputy secretary of the provincial Party committee and acting governor ZHOU Naixiang, deputy secretary of the provincial Party committee YANG Dongqi and other provincial leaders gathered with people to celebrate the festival.
The decision to award Honorary Citizen of Shandong Province and Ambassador of Friendship of Shandong Province in 2021 was read out at the meeting. Professor ZHENG Hongyu won the honorary title of Ambassador of Friendship of Shandong Province. The conference awarded 18 people the title of Honorary Citizen of Shandong Province and 47 people the title of Ambassador of Friendship of Shandong Province. ZHOU Naixiang presented honorary certificates to the representatives of foreign friends who won the honorary title.
